CHARLOTTE, N.C. – September 20, 2016 – Peak 10 has been selected as a finalist for the NC Tech Awards Use of Technology: Customer Service award. The NC Tech Awards is North Carolina’s only statewide technology awards program, recognizing companies and individuals who have characterized excellence, innovation and leadership, presented by the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA).
Peak 10 is a national hybrid IT infrastructure, delivering data center services, private and public cloud infrastructure, and managed services to a diverse range of customers in the U.S. and abroad. Peak 10 solutions are designed to be reliable and secure, enabling customers to increase agility, lower costs, improve performance and focus internal resources on their core competencies.
“Since 1995, the NC Tech Awards have honored companies for outstanding achievement in the tech sector and use of technology. As a finalist in this year’s awards, Peak 10 has distinguished itself as one of the state’s technology leaders,” stated Brooks Raiford, NCTA’s President and CEO.
A review committee comprised of non-profit, media, education, and technology leaders representing various regions of the state selected this year’s finalists. The awards process culminates with the NC Tech Awards Gala on November 10, 2016 at the Raleigh Convention Center where hundreds of leaders from across the state will gather to celebrate the tech sector and honor the winners and finalists in each category.
“Since its inception, Peak 10 has maintained its core focus on the companies it serves and continues to make significant investments in technology, products and people all in the name of customer service,” said Joe Deney, Vice President of Customer Operations for Peak 10. “We have transformed the way we do business by implementing new, higher levels of service management; more self-serving capabilities; increased process automation; a customer success program and enhanced communication channels – positioning us to deliver a superior service to customers with a broad range of IT needs.”
The company’s hands-on approach to IT has recently been recognized with an industry-leading Net Promoter (NPS) score of 67.4 – the highest ever in the company’s history of tracking this metric and indicator of its focus on the customer experience.
