CHARLOTTE, N.C. – June 5, 2017 – Peak 10 + ViaWest, a hybrid IT infrastructure provider offering colocation, interconnection, cloud and managed IT services, today announced that it will present the results of its recent hybrid IT study at Cloud Expo East, to be held June 6-8 in New York City. Alvaro Gonzalez, Director of Technical and Partner Marketing at Peak 10, will use recent research findings to offer a real-world consideration of how the cloud can be relevant to a company’s business, in a session entitled, “A Conceptual and Real-World Look at Hybrid IT.”
Regardless of enterprises’ IT infrastructure, IT leaders are continuously presented with strong opinions about the direction, type and nature of the cloud’s impact on computing and business. Recently, the idea of the “hybrid” cloud has grown in popularity. In his session, Mr. Gonzalez will use a combination of recently commissioned research and several conceptual props to offer attendees a lesson on how the various categories of cloud can be used to benefit a company’s business.
“We are thrilled to be presenting our recent research results at this year’s Cloud Expo,” said Mike Fuhrman, Chief Technology Officer at Peak 10. “As more companies look to pursue a hybrid IT approach, we’re excited we can draw on our nearly two decades of experience and offer companies advice on how mixed IT infrastructure environments can be relevant to their business and how to best execute on it.”
